At Madison Auto Body we are dedicated to making sure that our repair process is as environmentally friendly as possible. We have taken great steps in reducing our carbon footprint.

Here are just a few examples of what we are doing.

-In June of 2010 we switched our paint system to a waterborne base coat. Which means we have greatly reduced the amount of VOCs that we are putting into the air. We are one of the first shops in the area to have done this, and we are almost 2 years ahead of the NJ state deadline.

-We use HPLV spray guns which dramaticlly reduce the amount of overspray and harmful toxens that we put into the air.

-We recycle all cardboard that comes into our shop. Just about every part we receive comes shipped in cardboard and all that cardboard is being recycled.

-All excess paint is recycled as well. And we use  sophisticated gun cleaners to make sure that we reduce the amount of solvient based thinner we use.
